I have a solar charge controller with inbuilt LED light driver. It is mentioned that output of LED driver is 12V 9watt.

So what is meaning of these ratings? Is it simply means we can get maximum current 0.75A (P = VI) with this supply?

Yes, that's presumably what it means - bearing in mind that's likely the current the LED driver can supply from the battery, and NOT the power from the solar panel.

Yes, I forgot to mention that it is dusk to dawn operation, means it automatically gives supply to load when panel voltage is not capable to charge battery. So load always gets power from battery.
