Meaning of AB in this description

Several resistors R224, 237, etc., on this part list have AB at the end of the description. What's the AB mean?

I would imagine they are safety components?, non-flammable.

Back in that era, a company called Allen Bradley made resistors and had a large market share (largest?).. Perhaps, that is what they are specifying on the schematic. I believe AB also made flame-proof resistors & surge types also..
