Java enabled and upto date.
Checked with my second identical PC, it shows the menu OK, so it appears that the problem is specific to my first PC...

Don't ask how or why, somehow Adblock Plus had blocked this and other items.!!!

Seems OK.

I was going to ask if you had Adblock or some sort of script disabler installed.

ETO doesn't throw any nuisance ads at me, so I have Adblock disabled for this site.

I am in PM mode with DM [admin], he requested a list, so I have sent him a list of the ETO 'items' that Adblock had blocked
