Missing symbols

The button for adding symbols in a post has gone AWOL.

How would I use that button to add an ohm symbol? It seems to be Maths only.

This is an inline ohm symbol \( \Omega \) You can choose Block or Inline

Try the fourth tab from the left.

Some symblos have keyboard shortcuts... Press the alt key and type a code... ie degree is ALT + 248 ° Not all are available... But most common ones are.

Due to using an Aussy keyboard I know that £ is Alt 0163 and that ° is Alt 0176 - how can both work for degrees?

What is the default font for this board and can it be changed?

there are more than 1.. 0186 and 0176 and 248 ° º ° ← ( that one is 27 )
