Model LTspice or Pspice VN820PT-E STMicroelectronics High side driver

I have sucessful create a symbol

So I simulated this model but i have a message error. He could not open the library file. This is tree weeks I works to create model but I haven"t result.
I have test .lib<NAND it's dont simulate a message error.

In the file what you propose I don't see a GND and the pin STATUS compare a component VN820PT-E STMicroelectronics ?

I put a file simulation LTspice and the datasheed component.

Can you help me please or to propose a component équivalent at VN820PT-E .
