modified ATX (current mode)

Hi!
The attached file is a modified schematic of ATX power supply which I want to use as current mode supply. So the output current from current sense transformer was used at Pin4 (Deadtime Control) of IC TL494, through variable resistor to adjust the desired current (9A). Please comment if this technique can deliver a constant current output. Voltage regulation is not necessary.

Are you sure this diagram is from an ATX supply? It sure looks ancient. For Constant Current, you should be current sensing on the output of the supply instead of the input. Could you post the original diagram?

You still need to control the maximum voltage output. Attached is a simplified diagram from the datasheet. I've highlighted the current feedback loop in red and the voltage feedback loop in green. You need to add the current feedback loop, with the 0.01uF cap between pins 3 & 15 etc.
