More project ideas

Need any useful info on these, any information provided will be much appreciated

1. Baby monitor - engineers against cot death

a wrist tag for a baby that can measure its pulse rate and temperature. Device sends information wirelessly to a computer (bluetooth?) or to an ethernet enabled device that somehow stores the baby's readings on a webpage that mothers at work can access from time to time?? silly or not?

2. Web enabled surveillance camera? check on the baby's room by simply logging on to a webpage?

gud ideas. altho for the first option u cud just have a receiver somewere in the house were and alarm is triggered when the baby dies. 2nd idea is gud, but then y wud u have to go the the trouble of internet etc when u cud just use a TV (i mean ur not gonna leave the baby on itz own... if u do watch remotly and see the baby dyin then there wont be much u can do)
