ChrisP58 Well-Known Member Most Helpful Member May 20, 2012 #2 How much current and in which direction? - Remember that all mosfets have body diodes that will conduct even when the gate-source voltage is zero. - Make sure that the gate-source is being forced to zero, not just no longer being held high. Otherwise, the mosfet may be conducting because it has been damaged.
