Hi people,
I have been studying mosfets from past couple months. I hv understood the basic concepts of it. But while analysing the circuits it has been very difficult to decide whether the transistor is in saturation or linear or cut off. Worked very hard and scratched my head. But unfortunately could not come out with any solution. Does anybody has sites or tips on how to analyse mosfets in general? The problem is especially when i hv analyse the output node in Cmos inverter or nor or any other circuits for that matter. Please help me.

hi,
You can analyse MOSFET's using the LTspice Simulator program.
Its a free download from the Linear Tech web site, also there is a Yahoo LTspice User Group , which has a library of models
