Can anybody help me finding data sheets for old motorola transistors, like MS2270/u, MS1700A and RC6980 this one from RCA ? Why are these so difficult to find?
I trying to repair an old Power Designs T5015 Power supply and I need some information to proceed.
None of the main datasheet websites has them.
I have old semiconductor manuals and none of them have a mention of any. Thanks!
