MPLAB logs "Error writting CONFIG_MEMORY" when simulate via Proteus VSM viewer

Hi everybody.
In the case above Proteus hangs. If "Pause" is pressed in MPLAB, simulating point apppear nowhere. Thus nothing occurs. Only MPLAB shows "Error writting CONFIG_MEMORY".
I'm using PIC16F676, programming on XC8.
If do the same code for PIC16F878, the problem is disappearing.


I've attached MPLABX and Proteus 8 projects.
