I need to help to one school student to program his flight controller ( Quad copter)

Board type Multiwi & Megapirate Flight Controller

AIO PRO V1.0
CRIUS
I am good familiar with ARDUINO IDE
Can any one should help me program this board
I tried you tube and varies web tutorials but still little bit confused

I have it but advice is needed
It shows multwii_2_1 crius AIOP firmware but firmware folder it does not have

any experience advice
