Hello,
Again I picked up something unusual, the MWI25-12-A7T!
1200V @ 50A!!!! MOS driven bipolar transistors. Whew.
Can anyone think of a good application besides a
Tesla Coil for these modules? There's more data available
here: **broken link removed**

Dr. Atomic

I can't think of a thing except one hell of a 3-phase
Hall Effect regulated DC motor driver. Or God help me
I'll build a three phase Tesla coil. Dare me. Ha Ha. Anyway
suggestions wanted. I can't really in good faith let the kids
in the Young Scientists Club mess with these power levels.

Anyone welcome to join. Really, It seems most of the web
members are from india and I'd like to have some home team
representation. Come for the schematics and stay for the free
components n' stuff.

You could always use them in a lesser capacity like a Power Supply 12v @50A you can count on them to perform without blowing up like your lab did.

Blowing up the lab

That happened in 1969. Any other explosions were
strictly on purpose. Heh heh.

I found a guy in Australia who said he could really use
them so I sent them to him. I've got more power MOSFETS
than I know what to do with so I've been giving them to
folks who could really use them. The same goes for the other
980,000 parts I've stockpiled. Theres no way in hell I'm ever
going to use those quantities before I'm dead so bye bye.
