Name of 'cable tie'?

I'm just looking for some 'cable tie'. It is the really common stuff you find with every new appliance to hold the cable/plug together. It is a piece of flat plastic containing a wire. I just can't find it online, so I'm wondering if I have the wrong name. What would you call this stuff?

I usually call them "Twist ties"

most garden centres sell this stuff for tying plants to canes.

^^^^^ Yup! What he said ^^^^ Big Box stores or hardware stores likely sell it in their gardening areas and is often green.
