what does the rest of the schematic look like?
Going by the little info you have it could be a power input socket or a connetion point for a wiring harness. Just guessing though!

Hot in hot out and return, looks like a mains switch circuit, like some older power supplies used to have outputs that were switched with the main PC power for monitors so they turned off at the same time. You'd have to take a photograph of the actual part in the circuit, that schematic is useless to find a replacement.
You have a schematic; not a pcb or a parts layout. If are building it from just a schematic, then the parts layout is up to you. AFIK, the item you asked about is a wiring connector. The physical attributes of the connector is up to you. All the schematic implies is that it is a 3 pin connector. Digikey and other electronics distributors sell thousands of different connectors.
That schematic doesn't seem complete. The VSS & VDD aren't connected to a power source.
That's another members schematic. Why not ask him about it?
PS Do not build non isolated AC Mains power supplies unless you are very familiar with lethal voltages. A transformer will give you the isolation and reduced voltage your keypad lock needs.
