step 1: figure out what frequency range you want to block... that's going to make all the difference.

on afrotech a guy made an 100 MHz radio jamer out of an crystal oscilator he coneted direlcy to 3V and coneted a wire for the antena.He sead it bloked the whore FM band

it cod be used to make a frend go nuts sice it can be made wery small and run of an litium batery

but doing this is ilegal!
