Need a support for IAR

Hello Sir,

I am working with a WIFI module from a different company.
It has JTAG interface with API, SPI protocol with main MCU and UART as well.

Currently I am working IAR 7.80.2 1 months trial version.

I need some help.
Currently I am trying to download firmare of a wifi module through a USB serial COM port.
While running IAR Workbench like, Menu > File > Open > Workspace

At debugger section, here is no option for COM port/ FT232 Driver,what should I do ?
Kindly tell me how to make image file in IAR.
