need a way to connect a usb web cam to a monitor

the monitor input is a RCA connector (COMPOSIT VIDEO)
and the web cam is usb, i know about the usb that the 2 outer pins is the power lines but what about the othe 2? is there a chance that they are composit video?

NO!, not a chance! - they contain a USB interface, there's probably nothing coming out of it at all until it's been setup by the computer, then it's only USB digital data.

There 'may' be a composite signal somewhere inside the camera, it depends on how it's designed - but it's probably not a trivial thing to find, assuming it exists at all?.
