Need help bad

Hello my name is Henry I have a project designing a ladder diagram and I need help bad. Here's my situation. I have a fictional plant in it I have operate. Liquids A and B are to be stored in two separte tanks outside of the building. in tanks 1 and 2 respectively. Tanks 1 and 2 each have a solenoid valve to control the flow of the liqiud and a pump to pump the liquids inside the to the heating tanks (3 and 4). Tanks 1 and 2 have four float switches each, giving an indication of 100
 
And the problem?
You need help making a ladder diagram?
 
This is a Prog. Logic Control class problem...correct? I had a problem VERY similar to this in a class I had last semester for an R.O. Feedwater batch simulator for a power plant.

How much have you figured out so far for your self?

Are you familiar with all of your basic functions?
