Really this work pretty simple. Transmitter must be on one frequency (not change depending of...) Continues wave must be used. Receiver must be FM mode (scanner on FM mode will work ok) Maybe wonder how FM receiver can work and transmitter have only pure CW ? Easy **broken link removed** Not like movies but this work. Even on HF work, and I try ,work if two antenna not in resonance but must be identical and connection cable must be same.
