Need help finding connector/housing for 4-wire system

I have 4 wires that need to carry data from one small board to another. I need to find a connector and housing that are simple and have a latch. they should fit into the footprint/holes of the regular headers(i think .1"). digikey has tons, but i just need a simple one that will help me connect the two boards. any help or anyone have some off the top of their head that they've used?

Cdrom to Computer sound card cable is my first choice. Also a older at computer case is a great source for female connectors.

but do the housings that attach to the pcb fit in regular header footprints?
