Need help for circuit of an wireless voice transmission b/w 2 locations (intercom)

Hello...

i want to make a circuit for a wireless transmission and recieving of a voice over not a long distance...it;s about 100 to 200 meter long distance....
u can say that it will work just like an intercom....
but a wireless.....
as here the wire for an intercomm b/w 2 homes are very costly...
so i want a little cheap circuit...
so that 2 homes can communicate ....
..
i am a student of BS.telecommunication Engineering...
but i have just start my 5th semester,,,
so want help from my friends and seniours like u... guyzZz..

There are many circuits out there that can do this. Even cheap FM transmitter receiver "walkie talkies" could be used in this application. I saw a pair for less than $10 at Walmart.
 
If the two homes use the same power company, you can use the power company wires. Your transmitter can be low frequency (100kHz) and you don't have to worry about illegal power level. Do a Google search for "power line intercom".
 
If you use the power lines and are not on the same transformer you might need caps to bridge the signal at the transformer. And you want to be close.

I think location should be required to register. :)
