I need help identifying this Female spade terminal. It has a locking tab and installs into a plastic plug.

I just dont know enough about these terminals to purchase the correct one.

Here is the information I have:
The spade has a locking tab
The female spade is (4mm Wide 15mm Long 2mm thick)
Male tab this Spade installs on to is (3mm wide x 7mm long)

The plastic connector this goes into is a three terminal (two smaller terminals like what I am looking for and one larger wider one)

It's a spade connector. One of these should do?
Which one, specifically? I don't see ANY that meet the specification. Do you? If you don't, please delete your post.

The white housing looks like a custom job, maybe 3D printed.

Please report the width and thickness of the flat spade (male) that the connector in your photo connects to. If it is 4mm x 2mm, you have a highly unusual connector. Most are no more than 0.6mm thick.

Every different connector manufacturer has their own insert dimensions and latching details; unless the insert is for that exact type of connector shell, it's unlikely to fit in the proper location in the shell and work correctly.

What does it connect to?
(Photo & makers details + part numbers if possible).
