I designed a RF remote switching control using Micrel RF modules namely MIC102 and MIC007 (TX & RX ) . I have used Holtek encoder in the transmitting section and Holtek decoder (HT12D) in the receiver section to decode. My application is to toggle a relay ( ie, with a single button , i need to turn ON and OFF the relay)
As the decoder stores the previous data in the latch, i couldnt turn OFF the relay , because the same data is transmitted for every press. I used a 8 pin microcontroller (12F) to solve this problem, and took one input from VT pin of the decoder to toggle the same.
Now this system is working, but some times it is not responding to the transmitter signal, even 10's of pressing of transmitter button, recevier doesnt turn ON / OFF .
Can any one tell what will be the problem and how to solve it? ??
