Need help to find a Kodak KAF-8300 CCD

I am looking for a KAF-8300 monochrome CCD. I have not managed to find one for sale online.
If anyone knows where to find one, it would be highly appreciated.

Thank you but these aren't available and even if they were, $500 seems a bit on the expensive side (even though i've never shopped for a ccd so i'm not sure what the price for this sort of thing normally is)

Check with Onsemi customer service, I read last night that the device is only available in a few areas.
