need help to get HEX file for PIC12F510

Guys....i need to program my PIC12F510 with hex file ....but i have no idea how to convert the document which i have. please some one can help me???? Below i attached.

You need Microchip MPLab and the XC8 C Compiler add-on for that.

Here - MPLab X IDE 5.1

And XC8 from the downloads tab at the bottom of this page:
https://www.microchip.com/mplab/compilers

Hi rjenkinsgb....i have no idea after i download it what to do. I just need the hex file of all that attached document, if you can ....please help me.

Your .rar file already contains a .hex file - in the "dist\XC8_PIC12F510\production" folder
