Need help with finding a lightbulb for a rebuild project m

so, I have this fluorescent night light and I use it for the garage late at night, anyway, it burned out and the parts inside look ok. Except for this second "mini" lightbulb inside. (It looks all blackened. The nightlight says mini fluorescent A.P.P. on it.
I could use help finding both of the bulbs, (the mini one inside, and the fluorescent bulb (also inside))
Could the mini incandescent bulb be used as a fuse.

If so, that is the starter.

Yes that is exactly what it looks like without the coil though.

120 volts, doesn't say the amps on it

Like Mick said it's the starter, but ti has to match the wattage of the real bulb. https://www.bulbs.com/Starters/results.aspx Most hardware or big box stores should have them.
