need help with PCB Design

I have a circuit thats based on Proto Stripboard. I built a couple and they work as designed. however I would like a cleaner board so was thinking express pcb or other place to make me some boards up. They have a designer however I am on a MAC and its for PC. If anyone knows of someone willing to help or can do it for a small fee let me know. I want to take the below circuit and add a DPDT relay as shown. I will also have another board I already have jumper wired to this board. This is what the circuit looks like... Any help or referrals will be appreciated...

There are lots of ways PC software can be run on a mac free of charge, everything from virtual machines to emulation like "wine". You don't need startling 3D performance either for pcb work, so it should be easily doable
