Are you sure the problem is the transformer, and not something else on the control board? As I said before, information about the control board would be nice too.
Looks like a normal mains transformer, the numbers mean nothing as they are almost certainly 'in-house' numbers. It's almost certainly a special transformer, made for that exact model - and would require sourcing as a spare from the oven manufacturer (they normally have multiple and/or tapped secondaries).
It probably has an internal heat fuse, and that 'could' have failed due to the lightning, but there's no guarantee other things aren't fried as well.
