hello evrybody...
i trying to simulate my circuit using ISIS software.....
but the problem is the component that i want is not available...
can anyone know how to get that component ????
or i should creat it by myself.....i've tried but how about the specification compare to the real one...
CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!!

transistor 2sc1815....mosfet n channel(2sk3141).....resonator 10 Mhz...
n why the pic pin doesn't exist totally....especially pin Vss n Vdd...
i need to connect pin Vdd with other component but the problem is it's not exist...so anyone can help me

Well...

It is fine if you do it practically... i.e. Hardware...

hey simran

i knoe it can be done practically but the thing is i want to do a stimulation 1st before construct it....any idea simran ..need some help here..
