Need Major Help

Well.. I have to build a circuit of my Birthday on multisim and i need a lot of help with that. This is an important project which will have a big impact on my grade, and i was wonder if any one could nicely help me build the circuit.

Well here is all the information/work i have so far. Well my birth day is 01-02-91, we are suppose to build out birth on multisim.

I was building the circuit based upon my k-map and equation. seen below..

This poorly draw diagram is what need to be turned on/off to show the numbers in my birthday in a 7 seg-hex display.

So for example to show the number 1, you would only have seg b and c on,

1-off
0-0

I knows its backwards, you can simply use the inverse.

I am still attempting to create the circuits but and i am hoping can one help me with this?
