I need at MPEG2 encoder chip with input: raw RGB, YUV/YCbCR4:2:2 or similar and SPI as output.

Does anyone know a supplier for this (used google for hours without any result)

Define 'raw' RGB... There has to be line/frame stops, hence a basic format of some kind must be used.
