halo friend any have circuit FM PLL TSA5511 with PIC16F84 working good
pleassss.

There is an application circuit in the datasheet for it from the Philips site,
the controlling element, is merely a micro controller sending it I2C commands...which are also documented in it's datasheet.
Look for TV/teletext tuner projects on google, maybe you'll get lucky...
