audioguru Well-Known Member Most Helpful Member Dec 17, 2009 #2 They replaced the dot with the multiplier. So 4n7 is 4.7nf or 4700pf or 0.0047uF. A capacitor marker 103 (ten followed by three zeros) is 10000pF or 0.01uF.
