What does "half a watt input" mean? Do you want the op-amp to eat half watt of power through its input terminals with low input impedance?
If its that, then you are searching for some super-natural op-amp and I guess you won't get one.
If you are searching for power amplifiers then there are many of them but for audio or probably super-sonic frequency. Not for HF/VHF range.
