What you seems to be looking for is a production engineer, rather than an 'artist'.
Looks as though the 'arty' bit has already been done, judging from your photograph, and the concept design you say you already have, from data sheets on the web.
I would think you'll have more luck approaching a professional production engineering company, rather than hoping that the expertise is going to be forthcoming, from a primarily educational and hobby web site.
Unless you're hoping to do it 'on the cheap', of course
