JLC just made available a free advanced DFM & DFA analysis tool. Upload Gerbers and it will analyze the PCB for many types of faults beyond the normal DRC of most layout programs and give you track width, drill diameters and other stats on your board.
It will also warn if your reference designators and labels overlap pads. I don't know if it will admonish you to make these all face a consist direction or to align them
If you upload your BOM, it will check for problems like incorrect incorrect footprints.
