The following link is a tutorial series on the 14-bit core PIC family made by Microchip. It is hiding in one of the webpages inside Microchip Website and usually people would miss seeing them.

Each downloadable module is an animated movie with audio. I hope you like them.

The same goes here I found those flash tutorials an excellent way to understand the 14 bit pic's. It certainly answered a few problems I had understanding some of the instructions.
