Newb with questions on a board

Hello, I am more on the mechanical side of things but I did enjoy my electronics classes in college even if it was 30 years ago. I also hate to waste things and try and fix everything I have myself. I have fixed many GM dashes by soldering new resistors but that is about the extent of my boar knowledge if you can even call it that. So now onto my current issue, I have a vacuum sealer and I would like to be able to control the seal time. Currently it has dry and wet settings to control the length of time it seals for but I mainly seal fish which is wet and it is not long enough. I love everything else about this and was wondering if there is a way I can modify this sealer to get it to seal longer. I am trying to attach a pic of the board, hopefully it works. Thank you any help or suggestions.

I think we are going to need more than a low-resolution, blurry photo to give you an answer.

try this one....makes me sad when sites reduce size so much from a simple drag and drop.
