Obsolete voice synthesizer data needed

Hi,

I'm looking for a datasheet for a voice synthesizer chip made by Texas Instruments in the 1990s (based on the date code).

I got the chip from a surplus internet site.
Here is a link to the actual chip.
https://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/prodinfo.asp?number=G14572

I've done a fair amount of searching the web without finding anything.
Any help is greatly appreceated with either a datasheet or the datasheet of a newer equivalent.
Thanks!

P/N: TMS3477NL
D/C: 9648
Package: 28 dip

I think it was mainly a voice record/playback chip rather than a synthesiser.
There is a poor quality scan of a development board for it here:
https://www.datasheets.org.uk/search.php?t=0&q=TMS3477&manystr=&sub.x=0&sub.y=0

Also, perhaps it was similar to a TMS3478 ??
In which case there is an example of a circuit for it here:

If it is just a voice recorder chip that you need, then it may be that a modern equivalent would be much easier to use as they usually have the memory built-in whereas that old chip looks to me like it needs external memory chips.

Thanks Picasm,

I'll take a look at the links, and will try to adapt.

Best regards

Thanks! I'll take a look. I really appreceate the help.
