Search your OLED part number on github.com - I'm sure you'll get some C++ code you can use as a starting point for your controller.

Hello there,
I've checked the datasheet of the screen you mentioned, It describes the way of communication between the master and the slave device(speed, wiring, commands ), try with any one of the communication protocol.
Mostly SPI and I2c are easy to make devices up and running.
