anyone got a simple circuit to test a 741 op-amp. I seen them before, they have 2 LED that flash altenately when u power up the opamp.

Well, I haven't seen one, but since no one else has replied, here's one that does what you asked for. It is a rudimentary test, and really only checks to see that it works as a comparator, but if the LEDs flash, the op amp is probably OK.
