Hey,

The Cbe capacitance is given by:
**broken link removed**

What's the order of magnitude of that capacitance please?

Is it what's called Cibo in datasheets?

Thank you.

In datasheet usually we don't get Cbe, but instead we get Ft and Cbc.
So if we know FT and Cbc we can easily determine Cbe
Cbe = ( gm / 2*Π*Ft) - Cbc

gm - transconductance = Ic/26mV
And Cbe is in picofarad 1pF ... 100pf
