Hi everyone.
I want to create a under/over voltage cut off circuit which meets the medical EMI/EMC standards at very low cost.
Please suggest ideas for the same.

Thanks in advance.

For over/under voltage circuit you can use a window comparator.

You will have to determine what is needed for that circuit to meet the medical EMI/EMC standards.

Yes I know window comparator is an easy solution.
But then I need to work on direct 230 V mains
and the system should have different cut off and cut in voltages for both lower and upper limits.
