Here's a simple Capacitor meter you can build for the Computer's Parallel Port all you need
A USB Power cord that WILL CONNECT TO THE COMPUTER'S USB Port.
Parallel Port Cable to cut and use.
1 NA555P Timer Chip
3 10K ohm resistors
1 1 Megaohm resistor
1 2.7K ohm resistor
1 NPN Transistor (i used a 2N3904)
Here's the schematic:

Depending on your CPU speed will tell how low the capacitor meter can read on capacitors, plus bigger capacitors means longer time to wait for a result. Software is included in this thread. I thank everyone in ETO's chat especially micr0man.
