vne147 Member Feb 11, 2010 #4 I have turned things on and off before through the parallel port with a perl script. Also, this was posted a little while ago by Vizier87: UBW (USB Bit Whacker) Project It looked pretty interesting. I think SparkFun also make a similar kit.
