can any one tell how to send the DTMF signal in RF/Fm . i need simple rf/fm circuit widely available and in which frequency i have to transmit since my project is to send the DTMF from send and receive in my small robot so that i can control the robot using pc parallel port

u can use simple fm txs . for that purpose. lots of them available in net
and use a simple fm rx based on say cxa1019 for reception

also u can use readly available rf kits for the purpose

Perhaps you could go into a little more detail about what you're trying to do and what your design constraints are? There are about 100 ways to get that functionality, and the best one really depends on your application.
