PCB problems

We are working on an inverter circuit. Each circuit works fine when connected to a seperate ground on breadboards. However, when all circuits are connected to the same ground, we have many problems getting some of the signal outputs. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can test/fix the problem?

The circuit draw not show any decoupling capacitor.All IC-s need this capacitor nearby the supply pins (100nF and 10uF)
