Really, I have looked everywhere. One page product description isn't enough to build anything. Phiplips (NXP) has normal datasheet, but unfortunately, it is not public available.
BTW, I can be in a big mistake. Give me some useful links.
What does it mean to be in a big mistake? I don't follow you.
If the manufacturer of a part has not made the datasheet available to the public - you have to ask yorself if they might not have a reason for that. Considering the application, you may have to prove that you are a legitimate manufacturer just to have access to the datasheet.
