hi people, i'm writing from lima Peru. Well what i want to do is a phone chronometer using PIC and an interface soy you can control your time on your phone and also the bill you'll have to pay.
I found informatino about this chips:

but i do not understand very well how they van help me.
any help is needed and thankfull!!!
PD: the idea is to start counting seconds when the full duplex communication is stabished, but only when you made the phone call. and to stop cunting when anyone hook in the phone.
